• Location: Our house is a familybusiness and is situated in pleasant and quiet surroundings, close to the centre of Leutasch.

• Equipment: cosy guest rooms, bar, terrace, ski-room, sauna and relaxing area

• Rooms: All our spacious rooms are equipped with telephone, radio and Sat TV. The rooms have a bathroom with bath/wc and hair dryer. Almost every room has a balcony. The rooms are very suited for families.

  • If the children sleep in the parents room we are happy to offer you a substantial children's reduction (up to 70%)

  • Children under 3 years of age stay with us completely free of charge

• Culinary: We gladly prepare an extensive breakfast buffet. You can always - in summer and in winter - order a packed lunch. In the afternoon you can enjoy coffee with cake. Other drinks are also available at our bar.

• Special Features: Our haus is perfect for family-excursions - for the smallest there is a play-area and there are multiple play-possibilities for parents and children.

• Spare time activities: table tennis and darts indoors, hiking, cycling, skiing (ski-resort Leutasch in 700m and Seefeld in 15min by car), fishing.
